I was a little skeptic to buy a pair of shoes with adjustable heels and soles. I am glad I chose to step out of the box and try something new. The approaches were really sticky and I put on the least brake for the heel and sole. What a difference! Its really nice to know I have a pair of shoes for the worst of conditions and still bowl well. Yes, is my answer I would buy these again.
