The shoes are okay i don't get much slide out of the them even with the 8. The biggest thing the right shoe insert on the inside fell apart within the first month

Good comfort, a little stiff at first but it took just a short time to get some break-in & a good feel. I really like the Velcro-type interchangeable sole for sliding; very easy to change to meet different approach conditions.

THE BRAKING SYSTEM MAY TAKE A WHILE FOR ME TO GET USED TO BUT IT SEEMS AFTER THE FIRST WEEK THAT I WILL HAVE TO CHANGE MY SLIDE PROCESS IF I AM GOING TO WEAR THESE AGAIN. I MUST NOT LIFT MY HEEL ENOUGH AS WITH THESE SHOES I CAN NOT SLIDE DUE TO THE BRAKE
DELIVERY WAS PROMPT, SHOES IN GREAT CONDITION, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT ANYONE COULD EVER EXPECT!!! I HAD TO SEND SHOES BACK TWICE BUT IT ALL WORKED OUT IN THE END!!! WAY TO GO!!!!!

The approaches at my local bowling alley were recently refinished. This makes them a lot more slippery than they were before. With the interchangeable slide pads I am able to pick one that allows me to still slide, but not too much.
The only drawback is it didn't come with a slide show slip cover (for when you go to the bar, bathroom, etc). For the price you would think that would be included like it is with other brands. If it had a slip cover I would rate this product 5 stars.
I ordered this on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. I have ordered other things from Bowling.com and they also arrived within a day or two which is really fast. The product was packaged well for shipping and arrived undamaged.

Good shoe with lots of features, but you will need to order one size larger than you normally wear. I wear a 12 wide in tennis shoes, and in this shoe I needed a 13 wide.
