I've had these shoes for approximately a month now. I bowl twice a week and I love them. I replaced a previous pair of SSTs I had for about 10 years. They hold up nicely.

My daughter uses these and they showed value the first time we use them. The concept is you can change the heal and the sole to adjust to different approach conditions. She bowls in a lot of tournaments in different bowling centers. So, what is great if the approaches are slippery you can increase the breaking. If the approaches seem sticky, you can add more slide. The final thing I can say is if you just get your shoe sticky, you can change the sole.

When you are ready to step up your game ladies, this is the shoe to do it in! These shoes have helped me in stability tremendously. I never stick and there is no more hassle with easy slide powder.
Aesthetically, they could use some updating but the performance is great.
