I bought a size bigger than my child's size and she couldn't even get her foot into it. I was very disappointed to have to return the shoes [...]
Delivery was not as it was expected. We made a return and it took even longer than I thought and we were shipped the wrong shoes.

I purchased these shoes for my daughters because it was cheaper than renting shoes every time. We do the free bowling during the summer and this purchase has been great. They do run small...like 3 sizes almost. Be sure to purchase the fit plan. [...]

I bought these for my daughter last summer when I signed her up for the [@] program to save on shoe rental charges over the summer. They are indeed small. She wore a size 2, and I ordered a 4 in the hopes that she could wear them this summer as well. She barely made it through the summer. This summer, she is wearing a 3 shoe, and I'll be ordering her a new pair of shoes with the size adjustment.

Nice shoes and bowling.com was extremely quick to ship. They were also very friendly when the shoe came two sizes smaller than expected. Easy exchange and now the website does state that the shoe runs small!
