The Nomad solid features the performance proven Rotary core found in the highly successful Silver Streak Line of bowling balls. This mid-rg and higher differential weight block was one of the best sellers ever from Roto Grip. The unique shape combined with the best coverstock technology of the time was elemental to that success. Fast forward to 2009, we have taken this performance proven core and added a new coverstock to these balls. The Ultra Vision coverstock is bred from the original Sure Grip coverstock, but with friction enhancing additives that have given us great success with some of our other coverstock blends like the original Cytoplasmic, Cytoplasmic X, and the recent Cytoplasmic XL. This combination of enhanced friction and performance proven core technology is sure to please. This will be the most highly sought after weapon of choice.

Comments about Roto Grip Nomad:

If you throw a faster ball don't get this one. Very low break, not much power in the pocket. 12 to 14 is about where this ball needs to be thrown on dry conditions. Late break, holds oil. I was super excited to get this ball, I threw 3 games and never reached my ave. I will try this ball in actual league series and give it a full go, but if it performs how it did in the first practice series it will go to [@]. Personally it has been a Super Let-down!!

Service & Delivery comments:

Fed-EX did an awesome job. Ball was here before it was dated.

Comments about Roto Grip Nomad:

I bowled right out of the box a 223, 226, & 219 and I have a league average of 203 so that is encouraging. Although the price dropped about $[...] I am extremely happy with the performance and would highly recommend it to anyone. I noticed it had more of a backend movement when I first bowled with it, but I still like it very much.

Ball was supposed to have been back ordered, but actually got here before the shoes, which was the surprise. All the shipping got sorted and both items received with no problem.

This ball is one of the best balls I've ever had. I bowl in tournaments in several houses and this ball is always the first out of my bag. I just recently shot 300 with it in league. Great ball!

This ball is okay i'm a really big Roto Grip fan have almost every ball in their series the Nomad pearl i must say hits harder then the solid.I've used the solid and it leaves entirely too many 7 pins..7-10 splits and 10 pins for me..

This ball has increased my average from 145 to 185. This ball absolutely smashed the pocket with all its got. I have had this ball about 2 weeks and have bowled about 15 games since I've had it. I have already bowled 7 200+ games. Before this ball I hadn't bowled that many in my life. Great ball once you get used to it.
