Comments about Roto Grip Mars:

I bought this ball simply to practice throwing hooks since my Brunswick Zone didnt do anything. In fact, this ball curved so much for me that I had to start throwing it from the inside to get strikes. I believe I will keep this ball for years to come.

Comments about Roto Grip Mars:

I bowl on average three times a week. for a while I used house balls to hook. The owner of my local bowling alley had apparently been watching me and had decided to come and talk to me. He said that I had massive crank on my ball. He helped me improve my technique and i had around a 120 average with a house ball. Then he suggested I get the mars. It took me a while to get the hang of it but this ball is awesome. You get anywhere near the pocket the pins will fall. It has increased my game tremendously. Great product roto grip.

Comments about Roto Grip Mars:

I just remembered scoring my highest game in practice last week using this ball! I scored a high game of 247, then 255 in 5 games my other games are 174, 170 & 184. I never had an 8 in-a-row but I did it with this ball once I was lined up to the pocket. I missed 1 spare but still finished with 247. As if that is enough for me that night, I again played the same line in the next game but this time never missed any spare for my highest game of 255! My highest league score was 245 and I can't wait to get lined up and break this record of mine using this ball.

Comments about Roto Grip Mars:

Bought this ball 2 months ago with the hope that this will go longer or at least as long as my Avalanche slide. I think this is much stronger than was advertised. I did have some good scores with it though but when the lanes transition (cary over and becomes dryer) I have a hard time hitting the 1-2 pocket. I had mine drilled with the pin on top of my ring finger (supposed to be going longer). I am not saying this ball is not good because I'm sure with some more practice I would be able to hit the pocket more consistently.

Comments about Roto Grip Mars:

This was my next step up from an old gyro. Score is improving every day with it. I'm a stroker with the ball drilled fingertip. The ball does not hook heavily for me but it does enough for strikes. It also goes straight enough to also be a good spare pickup ball. But on that, the hook is far on back end. Something else, I don't know why, but with a normal throw this ball hits the pins hard. The sales person guided me to this ball when I mentioned I had some health problems and couldn't handle more than a 13 pound ball. Now I see why. On that note, watch out for some other products that don't include their special core under 14 pounds. This one does.
PS
Ball looks a lot better than in the picture.
