For a hook rating of 60 in the Bowlers Journal the ball is definitely controllable. I am a senior bowler with a ball speed of 12 mph. The ball continues to break once it starts. I threw it in practice and only missed a 4-7 spare when it got hung up on too much oil in the middle and did not break enough. It has more kick than my Nano.
