Brand: Hammer
Located in: Bowling, Bowling Balls
Featuring the High Mass Bias Gas Mask Core with Flip Block and new Violent Bite Reactive coverstock, the Black Widow Bite is what we moderately call "aggressive". The Black Widow Bite expands the performance offerings in the Black Widow series by offering a stronger hook motion with more aggressive backend. Take that as a warning.

Comments about Hammer Black Widow Bite:

This ball hits harder and blows the pins apart more than any ball I have ever used. My average went from a 185 to a 200 when I started using this ball. Previous ball was a No Mercy.

ok
By What the from Tucson, AZ on 7/25/2009
Pros:
Attractive Design, Great Weight, Lots of hitting power
Cons:
Inconsistent hook pattern
Best Uses:
Local Bowling Alley, Tournaments
Describe Yourself:
League Bowler
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Hammer Black Widow Bite:

This ball is high on power but low on consistent hook. If you get near the pocket it will destroy the pins, but 3 out of 10 shots will likely not move as much and you will end up with a split.
