Comments about Ebonite Pin Slasher:

I know that "Pin Slasher" is not the most expensive ball on the market, and is not one of the newest balls on the market either. However, it was in my budget, and I wanted to try something different without breaking the bank! I am so glad I did! It is definitely the best ball I have ever used.

To be fair, I haven't had many "good" balls to compare it to, so I make my comparison with this list of previously owned balls:

Brunswick Zone (plastic, first ball ever owned)
Brunswick Power Groove (still use as spare ball)
Brunswick Fury (Bought Used, not reactive)
Brunswick Twisted Fury Solid (Bought new, not for me, no reaction on this one for me either!)
Ebonite Pin Slasher (outstanding! love it!)

2009-2010 is my first full year of league. I subbed in couple of leagues during spring 2009.

So, I am no pro, and still learning the game, after sporadic involvement in occasional trips to the bowling centers for get-togethers with family and friends.

Pre-"Pin Slasher", my league average was 150.
(up to 12/15/2009)

With "Pin Slasher", my league average: 176.
(12/22/09 to 01/26/10) I have been over, and well over 500 4 out of 5 weeks with the new ball (594, 447, 525, 514 and 554).

My first week with the Pin Slasher, I almost got my first ever 600. 186-183-225=594!

I only two weeks out of eleven, over 500 prior to buying the PIN SLASHER... (Those were only 512 and 509)
