The pull handle is way too short. Have to 'hunch' over to pull. Repeatedly runs up on my heels when pulling. Makes bag way to unstable. Bad choice on my part.

The pull handle is too short which renders this bag unusable. Pulling the bag runs into your foot jerking the bag from your hand. VERY POOR DESIGN
