iv had the bag for 2 weeks and really like it. i have not had problems with the zippers, but then again the bag is still new. i love the retractable handle.

I own an Elite ball and am very happy with it, so I bought 3 Elite bags (2-2ball and 1-3ball).
All had zipper problems: pulls fall off or break.
Very difficult to zip up bag without zipper pulls.
Returned 1 2-ball bag due to zippers and the replacement had the same problems.
Filed a customer service complaint and their only response was that they received the complaint.
Also, velcro on straps doesn't hold well - straps come undone. Not a major problem, more of an annoyance. Totally turned me off to Elite products. Too bad, as I really like their bowling balls.

I love the looks of this bag, get lots of comments on it. There is plenty of storage and is sturdy built all except the zippers. Mine split open 80 percent of the time. I fix it by unzipping all the way and zipping it carfully until I get it to close without splitting open. gave it 3 stars because of the zippers, maybe mine was defected?

Great bag. Have not had it for long so I cant comment on durability yet. It does seem well built and designed better than my last bag. Some bags will begin to lean when standing upright so I suggest to anyone that has a "roller" to store it laying down, not standing upright. I do like this bag a lot and consider it my best bag to date. It has plenty of storage for me, even enough room for two pairs of bowling shoes. It is a very nice looking bag, too. Zippers seem sturdy also. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is simply because I have not been using it for very long. A tip for you bowlers: Never leave your bowling equipment out of your site or it can be stolen.
