I like to keep my arm warm so I use it to wrap my arm between frames and to clean my ball. I have to buy a new one almost every 6 months or so... aside from that I do like the towel.

Towels frays easily and is very thin. 1 st delivered already had fray and hole almost through towel. 2nd towel, after use and once in bag has frays every where and holes forming. Not even a good car towel.
