Comments about Brunswick Defense Protecting Tape:
I adjust the thumb hole by using one or two strips as needed. Can delete if thumb swells during the night. My fellow bowlers borrow it and love it and have bought it too. I like the ease of cutting the strips according to the markers on the back.

Comments about Brunswick Defense Protecting Tape:
I use about 4" of this tape each time I bowl. I wrap it around my little finger, first joint. For some reason, I have a tendency to subconsciously bend my little finger during my approach and I was forming a callous on the outside of my little finger at the first joint. This product provides the protection I need without sacrificing any feel.

Comments about Brunswick Defense Protecting Tape:
I love this product. Before I started using it, I would get callouses that would eventually tear off on the sides of my thumb. Now, I have no problems with callouses.
The only negative I have discovered is if I use a silicone powder it will penetrate the weave of the tape and weaken the adhesive, causing me to need to replace the piece of tape.
The markings on the back of the tape let me cut just the right length every time.

Comments about Brunswick Defense Protecting Tape:
The tape is used on back of thumb to adjust for seasonal changes in thickness of fingers. Another great use is to protect skin in situations where blisters have formed and are interfering with release.

Comments about Brunswick Defense Protecting Tape:
This product allows me to use a snug thumb hole without worrying about damaging the skin on my thumb. This makes it easier to release the ball smoothly.
